Do you cut metal panels to length?
Yes. Every panel is cut to the inch, to the exact lengths your project needs, so there's less waste and less cutting on the job site. No job is too small: whether it's a few panels for a shed or a full roof for a barn, Conco can handle it.
What's the difference between 29 gauge and 26 gauge?
The lower the gauge number, the thicker the steel, so 26 gauge is thicker and stiffer than 29 gauge.
- 29 gauge is a common thickness for agricultural and residential buildings: barns, sheds, garages and homes.
- 26 gauge is more common for commercial and industrial buildings.
Conco carries 29 gauge exclusively, and we can order 26 gauge for you. Not sure which one fits your project? Ask us and we'll help you choose.
What metal panels do you carry?
Made here at our Livingston facility:
- 3′ Tough Rib: 29 gauge, for roofs and walls, manufactured in-house and cut to the inch. See specs and colors.
Ordered for your project:
- PBR panel: 26 gauge, for roofs and walls.
- Snap-lock standing seam: 26 gauge, for roofs, in two sizes: 15″ wide with 1.5″ ribs or 16″ wide with 1″ ribs. Both snap together, so no clips are needed.
- 10″ board and batten: 26 gauge siding, for walls.
Lead times are often quicker than having panels run on site. We also carry trim, screws and accessories, and we handle custom flashing. We're happy to quote whatever you need. Request a quote or give us a call.
What warranty comes with your metal roofing?
Most of our products use the Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL paint system and come with the Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL 40 Year Limited Paint Warranty: 40 years against cracking, peeling and loss of adhesion, and 30 years on chalk and fade.
Special order items may use a different paint system. When they do, a copy of that warranty is provided with your order.
To keep the WeatherXL warranty valid, clean your roof only with products listed in the Sherwin-Williams cleaning and maintenance guide.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery. Delivery prices vary, so contact us for a quote and we'll include it. We deliver across our service area, and delivery is also available outside the areas listed. Just ask.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. You can also pay online, and if your order is delivered, we can take your card on site.
